Brønderslev Svømmehal

Brønderslev Svømmehal is part of Brønderslev Hallerne on Frilandsvej, and just outside the pool stands a wooden sauna cabin on a paved terrace. Besides the swimming pool there is an infrared sauna, a steam bath and a whirlpool, and the building also houses bowling, a gym, a café and a hostel. Sauna gus runs at fixed times during public opening hours for a small supplement to the entrance fee, and some of the sessions are family gus, where children may join accompanied by an adult.

Sauna gus at Brønderslev Svømmehal takes place in the sauna cabin by the pool, where between rounds you can cool off in the water or relax in the steam bath, the infrared sauna and the whirlpool. Once a month we hold a gus evening for adults over 18: at least three rounds with changing essential oils and salts, fresh fruit, light snacks and cold drinks, with room for 60 guests. Tickets for the gus evening must be bought in advance. During ordinary opening hours we also run gus several times a day, and a number of those are family sessions. Bring a large towel that covers both feet and back, and your own water bottle.
