DAMAI is a sauna and breathwork studio on the water by Dragør Fort, with the sauna set on a raft at Prins Knuds Dæmning. A saunagus is a guided sensory experience with essential oils, typically lasting around 75 minutes including breaks, with the chance to dip in the sea between rounds. Changing facilities are available, and water and snacks are always provided.
