Det Kolde Gys

Det Kolde Gys is a winter bathing association at the Helgoland sea baths, at the far end of Øresundsstien in Amager Strandpark. The association has its own sauna session schedule, its own sauna session rules and a team of sauna hosts, and it has around 7,000 members. You become a member by taking part in a compulsory introduction course, and the association's facilities cannot be rented for private events.
