DGI Byen holds saunagus in a large outdoor sauna in the middle of Copenhagen, as part of Vandkulturhuset (the Water Culture House). Skilled gus masters create a sensory atmosphere with warm steam, essential oils and attentive guidance that loosens both body and mind, gives a natural detox and skin cleanse and refreshes the airways. Sessions of 40, 60 or 80 minutes can be booked, and the ticket includes access to Vandkulturhuset.

Sauna gus at DGI Byen takes place in the large outdoor sauna in the middle of Copenhagen, part of the Vandkulturhuset water centre. You choose the length yourself: 40, 60 or 80 minutes, with the gus master working with warm steam, essential oils and attentive guidance. The short session is called Morgenfrisk and is meant as a quick start to the day, while the longer ones leave time for more rounds and breaks. Your ticket also gives access to Vandkulturhuset, so you can carry on into the pools afterwards. We have a regular team of gus masters who take turns, so scents and mood vary from session to session.
