Fløng Svømmehal

Fløng Svømmehal is located on Fløng Byvej in Hedehusene and is run by the sports team of Høje-Taastrup Municipality together with Taastrup Svømmehal. The hall has a swimming pool and a sauna, and there is free parking by the building. On some Fridays the hall holds a wellness evening combining sauna gus and massage.

Sauna gus at Fløng Svømmehal is a warm experience where the gus master pours aromatic scents over the sauna stones and spreads the hot steam around the room. A session lasts roughly 12-20 minutes and is held in a shared sauna for both men and women, so swimwear is required; there must be at least three participants and there is room for twelve. Gus runs several times a week, both before work in the morning and in the late afternoon, and the times change during school holidays. On some Fridays the hall holds a wellness evening with several gus groups the same night and the option of adding a massage. You need a valid entry ticket for the pool to take part.
