Fredericia Idrætscenter

Fredericia Idrætscenter offers saunagus in the swimming hall as a breathing space where you can recharge and find calm. Guided sessions with fragrant essential oils run on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and extended wellness packages such as the Roman Bath include saunagus, peeling and fresh fruit.

Sauna gus at Fredericia Idrætscenter takes place in the swimming hall's large bio sauna, where the gus master spreads the heat and the fragrant essential oils. A gus lasts half an hour, and sessions run twice a week throughout the season. If you want more, you can take one of the house's wellness packages, such as the Roman Bath, where gus is combined with a scrub and fresh fruit. We have a team of gus masters who take turns, so scent and mood vary from time to time. Bring a towel – it is a requirement for taking part.
