Sauna session in Gedved

Gedved has one sauna venue, and the session runs longer than most: two hours with four rounds.

SOMA Sauna Gus was created by Søren as a place for heat, calm and sensory depth, and it sits a little outside Horsens in rural surroundings. The sauna is wood-fired and seats 12 guests. A session starts with guided breathing exercises and continues in the sauna, where meditative music, pure essential oils and incense fill the room as the rounds run - around 15 minutes each, with cooling off in the outdoor shower in between. You decide for yourself how far you want to go between heat and cold. Changing happens by the car or in the garden, so bring a water bottle and two towels that cover both the seat and your feet. There's free parking at the venue.
