Gigantium

Gigantium is the City of Aalborg's large sports and wellness centre in Aalborg Øst, with a swimming pool, ice rinks, sports halls and a wellness department. The wellness area has three saunas - a large one at 83 degrees seating 48, a small one at 83 degrees and an infrared one at 45 degrees - plus warm pools and a café. Sauna gus runs daily every other hour during opening hours and is free to join, and on top of that there is wellness gus two evenings a week and a monthly wellness evening. The centre's own sauna hosts talk you through the properties of the oils and the effects of the sauna as the session unfolds.
