Glaecier

Glaecier is a floating sauna community on Refshaleøen in Copenhagen – a modern houseboat with a panorama sauna, changing rooms, calm lounge areas and a floating pool with clean, filtered harbour water. A gus at Glaecier consists of three sauna rounds with carefully selected essential oils, broken up by refreshing dips in the pool. The club is membership-based, but at the weekly Open Gus sessions on Tuesday evenings anyone can book a guided saunagus experience.

Sauna gus at Glaecier takes place on board the houseboat at Refshaleøen, where the panorama sauna faces the harbour and the floating pool of filtered harbour water lies a few steps away. A gus consists of three rounds with carefully chosen essential oils, broken by dips in the pool. The club is membership-based and most sessions are the one-hour Members Gus, but every week we hold Open Gus, ninety minutes that anyone can book – no membership needed. We have a large team of gus masters who take turns, so no two gus are quite alike. On board there are changing rooms and calm lounge areas for the breaks.
