Sauna session in Glostrup

Glostrup has one sauna venue, and the sessions sit on the swimming pool's StilleAften (Quiet Evening), when the whole building slows down.

Glostrup Idrætsanlæg runs its sessions in a small wellness hut, where the sauna host spreads heat and scent with a towel and changing blends of essential oils. The regular session coincides with StilleAften and is for guests aged 16 and up, and every so often there's a FyraftensGus (after-work session) in the hut with more time for heat, cold and breaks. The hut is small, so there are few places per session - book ahead, and bring swimwear and a towel.
