Sauna session in Greve

Greve has one sauna venue, and here you can work with your breathing and choose to be nude in the sauna.

Træk vejret sits at Mosede Havn with the sea right outside and ice baths free to use. A session lasts ninety minutes, so there is plenty of time to go deep and cool down properly between rounds. Clothing in the sauna is optional, and the changing area is shared. Every so often there's a women-only session, when the room is closed off and there's extra time for calm and presence. Bring two towels - one big enough to sit on and cover your feet, and one for afterwards.
