Sauna gus at Træk vejret takes place in the wood-fired sauna at Mosede Havn in Greve, with the sea right outside and the ice baths free to use. Plenty of time is set aside – a gus lasts an hour and a half – so there is room to go deep and cool down properly between rounds. Clothing is optional in the sauna, so you may be naked, and the changing room is shared. Now and then we hold a women's gus, where the space is closed off and there is extra time for calm and presence. Bring two towels: one large enough to sit on and keep under your feet, and one for afterwards.
