Guseksperterne

Guseksperterne runs professional sauna gus with aromatherapy in Hvidovre, focused on relaxation, energy and the senses. Experienced gus masters pour warm, essential oils over the stones, and a session typically moves through four rounds of gus of 10-12 minutes with changing scents — some as a "Sansegus" (sense gus), where the aromas are paired with tastes of fruit and spices along the way. The heat is high and the music calm, and during the breaks there is cold water, electrolytes and snacks. Free parking is available on Gungevej after 5 pm.

Sauna gus at Guseksperterne takes place in the sauna on Gungevej in Hvidovre, where there are only 14 places. A session lasts an hour and a half and consists of four rounds of 10-12 minutes with changing scents, high heat and calm music – and we start by toasting with a freshly made ginger shot. In the breaks there is cold water, electrolytes, salty and sweet snacks and sliced fruit. Besides the standard gus we run a men's gus, themed gus around the full moon and the seasons, and a couple of times a year a marathon gus over several hours. There is free parking on Gungevej in the evening.
