Haderslev Vinterbadeklub

Haderslev Vinterbadeklub is based at Det Blå Forenings Hus by Haderslev Fjord, where the association provides the setting for winter bathing and sauna for everyone over 15. The sauna faces the fjord with large windows towards the water and outdoor tubs for cold plunges right outside the door. The club is run by volunteers and has fixed sauna opening hours for members, besides the sauna sessions that guests can also book.

Saunagus at Haderslev Vinterbadeklub takes place in the club's sauna by the harbour, where the windows face Haderslev Fjord. A session lasts an hour and a half and consists of three to four hot rounds, and the programme alternates between two formats: flow evenings with two sauna hosts and four rounds, and quiet evenings with two sauna hosts, three rounds and more space and calm for each participant. Between rounds you cool down in the outdoor tubs right outside the sauna. It finishes with something sweet and something salty, and there is room for about twenty participants, so book well in advance.
