Haraldslund Vand og Kulturhus

Haraldslund Water and Culture House in Aalborg is a facility for the whole family, where saunagus is offered as aromatherapy: the gus master pours essential oils mixed with water onto the hot stones and spreads the scent, heat and steam through the room. Longer themed gus sessions are also offered.

Sauna gus at Haraldslund takes place in the sauna of the wellness area, where the gus master pours essential oils onto the hot stones and spreads the scent and steam with a towel. We hold gus in three versions: the short, classic gus of about a quarter of an hour, a themed gus of 75 minutes with breaks and snacks, and a talking gus in the pool's own sauna, where there are only 15 places. The themed gus has a minimum age of 16. Book your place in advance and register your arrival on the check-in screen at least fifteen minutes before.
