Heat'N'Herbs

Heat'N'Herbs is a mobile sauna based on Vandmestervej in Taastrup that also travels out to its guests. The programme is built around named themed sessions rather than one fixed format: Viking with Nordic scents and folk music, Cleopatra with ancient Egyptian beauty rituals, Celtic with scents from the Scottish highlands, and Sansegus, where the oils are matched with something to taste. All sessions are led by a professional sauna host using incense, extracts and essential oils, and a Viking session runs through four rounds with the temperature rising gradually from around 60-70 degrees.
