Heat Studio

A wellness space in Kokkedal with a sauna, cold plunge and outdoor hot and cold showers. Guided saunagus sessions are led by gus masters using heat, music and essential oils; a session lasts about 75 minutes with three rounds.

Sauna gus at Heat Studio in Kokkedal takes place in the sauna seating 24 guests, with the cold plunge and both hot and cold showers outside. A gus lasts 75 minutes with three rounds, where the gus master works with heat, music and essential oils. Alongside the regular session we run fixed special formats: a women's gus with four rounds, a breathing ritual and a homemade scrub, a men's gus of an hour and a half with room for both laughter and reflection, and a children's gus with lower heat, milder scents and shorter rounds, where the child is accompanied by an adult. There are snacks in the breaks and free parking at the door.
