Sauna session in Holstebro

Holstebro has one sauna venue, and the programme changes week by week, so both the sauna host and the theme vary each time.

Holstebro Svømmecenter sits on Jeppe Schous Gade close to the town centre and runs sauna sessions several times a week alongside aqua and deep-water classes in the pool. There's a quiet morning session early in the day, a weekend session around midday, and longer sessions with three rounds through heat and calm, and all the venue's sauna hosts are trained. A session lasts up to 45 minutes, typically split into two 10-15 minute rounds with drinking and cooling breaks in between. Places are in demand, so book online - or turn up without booking and hope for a free spot. Bring a towel to sit on, drink plenty of water beforehand, and eat a light meal; there are three hours of free parking at the Enghaven car park right by the entrance.
