Holstebro Svømmecenter

Holstebro Svømmecenter is located on Jeppe Schous Gade close to the town centre and has a swimming pool, a sauna and a regular sauna gus programme. Besides gus there are water classes, including deep-water training, and the venue frequently holds gus events with changing themes. There are three hours of free parking at the Enghaven car park close to the entrance.

Sauna gus at Holstebro Svømmecenter runs several times a week, and the programme is set week by week, so both the gus master and the theme change. There are quiet morning sessions early in the day, weekend gus in the middle of the day and longer journeys of three rounds through fire and calm. A session lasts up to 45 minutes and usually consists of two rounds of 10-15 minutes with drinking and cooling breaks in between, and all the house gus masters are trained. Places go quickly, so book online – you can also turn up without a booking and hope for a free spot. Bring a towel to sit on, drink plenty of water beforehand and eat a light meal.
