HOT N' COLD (Saunagus)

HOT N' COLD is a modern sauna club in Nordhavn on Sundkrogskaj with views over the harbour. The club has a sauna with changing rooms and showers and offers saunagus combining heat, essential oils and relaxation – about one hour per session – for both members and guests, open year-round.

Sauna gus at HOT N' COLD takes place in the sauna on Sundkrogskaj in Nordhavn, seating 20 guests with a view over the harbour, where the cold dip is taken in the water just outside. A gus lasts about an hour with three rounds of 10-15 minutes, where heat, essential oils and relaxation go hand in hand. We run gus all year round, and both members and guests can book. Now and then special sessions appear – a women-only gus or a charity gus where the whole ticket goes to the cause. Arrive fifteen to twenty-five minutes early so you have time to change, and bring your own towels, swimwear and water bottle.
