Inuk Travel runs Greenland's first bookable saunagus in Nuuk, with room for up to eight people per session. A gus lasts an hour and a half and consists of an ice-cold plunge followed by three rounds of warm saunagus in the roughly 80-degree sauna, with an ice bath between each round. Every round is built around three pure essential oils and accompanied by music and silence for reflection, while the gus master supervises and safely guides you through the ice bath. The venue's aim is to spread saunagus and sauna culture in Greenland and to highlight the sauna's role in a healthy life.

Sauna gus at Inuk Travel is Greenland's first bookable gus and takes place in Nuuk with room for eight guests per session. A gus lasts an hour and a half and starts in the ice-cold bath before you enter three rounds in the roughly 80-degree sauna – with a genuine ice bath between each round. Each round is built on three pure essential oils and accompanied by music and silence, leaving room for reflection. The gus master supervises and guides all the way, so you can let go and simply feel the contrast between heat and cold. Groups are small and are formed on a rolling basis.
