Sauna session in Egedal municipality

Egedal municipality has one sauna venue, and it's in Ølstykke. Ølstykke Svømmehal runs traditional sauna sessions in the sauna in the changing rooms, where the sauna host mixes essential oils into water and pours it over the hot stones while fanning the steam around the room. A session consists of two rounds with a break in between, and the venue calls it wellness for body and soul. If you want to extend the heat afterwards, the pool also has an infrared sauna and a steam bath with aromatherapy. See the details on Ølstykke's own page.
