Sauna session in Horsens municipality

Horsens municipality has sauna venues in the town itself and in Gedved to the north. In Horsens, Vinterbadeklubben Aqua Vitus is a winter bathing club on the beach at Husodde, where members bathe year round and the club's own team of sauna hosts run sessions early in the morning, late afternoon and in the evening - sessions go on sale in the club's webshop with date and time. In Gedved, SOMA Sauna Gus was created by Søren as a place for heat, calm and sensory depth: a session begins with guided breathing exercises before continuing into the wood-fired sauna, with at least four rounds, cold dips and snacks along the way. The surroundings in Gedved are rural, and there is free parking at the venue.
