Sauna session in Silkeborg municipality

Silkeborg municipality has gus in two places by the lakes and the forest. In Silkeborg town, La Sauna Silkeborg sits on Vejlsøvej by Ly Outdoor Camp, where the wood-fired sauna seats 17 guests and a session lasts 75 minutes with three rounds and a cool-down break in between. In Them, south of town, is Them Hallerne, a sports centre with a 200-square-metre wellness department and a sauna seating 45 people, a cold-water tub, a spa pool and an enclosed sun garden - here the programme ranges from fixed weekly gus to the big Kuraften with three sauna gus and a bonfire on the terrace. The small wood-fired sauna and the large municipal wellness centre are about twenty minutes' drive apart.
