Them Hallerne

Them Hallerne is a sports centre in Them near Silkeborg with a swimming pool, fitness, sports halls and Café MANO. The wellness department covers 200 m² and holds a sauna seating 45 people, a cold-water tub, a large whirlpool with massage jets, a relaxation area with a bio fireplace and an enclosed sun courtyard. There is also an adventure area for the youngest guests. Access to wellness comes with the swimming pool ticket.

Sauna gus at Them Hallerne takes place in the large sauna of the wellness department, which seats 45 people, with the cold-water tub, the whirlpool and the sun courtyard right outside. During public opening hours we run gus at fixed times, included in the admission ticket – among them Tirsdags varme, where you get two rounds back to back. The big evening of the week is Kuraften with three sauna gus, a fire on the terrace, a body scrub, a face mask, salt chips and fruit, and tapas or salad can be ordered alongside. We also hold themed evenings such as Nada & Saunagus, Back to nature with banya and a marathon of twelve rounds in a row, plus evenings where the house's trainee gus masters practise their exam gus in front of an audience. Booking is binding, so reserve in good time, and bring swimwear and a towel.
