Sauna session in Vejle municipality

In Vejle Municipality you will find sauna sessions in Vejle and in Give, and the two venues pull in different directions.

In the town of Vejle, DGI Huset Vejle holds its sessions in the shared sauna of the swimming hall with twelve places per group, a regular team of hosts who take turns, and longer formats with three rounds across an hour and a half, with breaks where you are treated to snacks, fresh fruit, iced water and coffee or tea. Near Give lies Villa Vindblad at Ulleruplund with a sauna for 17 guests, where you cool down under the open sky, and where the programme runs from drop-in and Friday sessions to a full-moon ceremony and Gustjenesten with four ceremonial rounds. The municipal wellness centre and the ceremonial country house are about half an hour's drive apart - the town pages for Vejle and Give have the details.
