NAYA Himmelbjerget is a retreat and course venue on Himmelbjergvej near Himmelbjerget hill, working with Nordic ayurveda, yoga and sauna. It has a forest sauna, a bright yoga and teaching hall for up to 15 people, plus a kitchen and a tea room. Sauna sessions are part of the weekly Monday Reset programme, of the Sauna & Sound evenings and of the day retreats, and the venue trains sauna hosts of its own in the forest sauna.
