Sauna session in Nuuk

Nuuk is the only city outside Denmark on GoSauna, and the sessions are run by Inuk Travel, who operate Greenland's first bookable sauna session. Groups are small, up to eight people, and a session lasts an hour and a half: an icy plunge first, then three rounds in the roughly 80-degree sauna with an ice bath between each. Every round is built on three pure essential oils and accompanied by music and silence, while the sauna host guides you safely through the cold water. The aim is to spread knowledge of sauna sessions and sauna culture in Greenland.
