Powerful by Nature runs saunagus on Kyndbyvej near Jægerspris, where heat and cold are combined with tailored breathing techniques. The groups are small and gently guided from start to finish, with free access to water and healthy snacks along the way.

Sauna gus at Powerful by Nature takes place near Jægerspris, where heat and cold alternate throughout and you are gently guided from start to finish. The programme has two fixed versions: Godnat Gus, where three rounds of essential oils, herbs, whisks and soft music close the day down, and ICE & FIRE, where three or four rounds alternating cold and heat meet tailored breathing techniques. The cold is optional – the longest you stay in the cold water is two minutes, but five seconds is better than nothing. There is free access to water and healthy snacks along the way, and it is best not to eat in the last couple of hours before.
