Sauna session in Ringkøbing

Ringkøbing has one sauna venue, and the session is short enough to fit into a regular swim.

Ringkøbing Svømmehal has two saunas with a view over Ringkøbing Fjord, and the sauna host pours water with essential oils onto the hot stones and spreads the steam with a towel. The session lasts a quarter of an hour - the short, classic format - and the regular slot is called Afslappende + hot (Relaxing + hot): it starts gently before the heat is turned up at the end. Two sauna hosts take turns on scents and mood. Tickets are booked online in advance, and there are few places on the benches.
