Ringkøbing Svømmehal

A swimming hall with two saunas and views over Ringkøbing Fjord. Saunagus is held in the sauna on Tuesdays (including quiet/relaxation gus) and on Thursdays, and tickets can be booked online.

Sauna gus at Ringkøbing Svømmehal takes place in the hall's sauna with a view over Ringkøbing Fjord, where the gus master pours water with essential oils onto the hot stones and spreads the steam with a towel. The gus is the short, classic kind of about a quarter of an hour, so it fits into an ordinary swim. The regular session is called Afslappende + hot and starts calmly before the heat is turned up towards the end. We have two gus masters who take turns with scents and mood. Tickets are booked online in advance – there are few places on the benches.
