Sauna session in Ringsted

Ringsted has one sauna venue: Ringsted Sportscenter, where Ringsted Svømmeland is home to a newly renovated shared sauna overlooking the sports centre's green grounds.

The sauna session takes place in the shared sauna, and just outside wait cold-water showers and buckets for the cold plunge between rounds. Alongside the regular drop-in session during opening hours, there's also an exclusive evening session in the winter half of the year with three rounds, and snacks, fruit and drinks served along the way in a calm atmosphere - it's for guests aged 16 and up only, and you book your spot online well in advance. The centre is built around Ramblaen, the large shared area from 2023 that ties together the pool, halls and outdoor areas.
