Rødding Centret

Rødding Centret on Søndergyden in southern Jutland combines a swimming pool, water park and spa area with bowling, fitness, a cinema, an indoor playground and Café Goma. The pool hall has a 25-metre pool with a climbing wall and diving boards, a children's pool and a leisure pool with a big slide, plus sauna, steam bath and hot tub. The centre is run by Jels-Rødding Centrene.

Sauna gus at Rødding Centret belongs to the venue's quiet evening, where the diving boards, slide and climbing wall are closed, the lights dimmed and quiet music plays in the background. At least once a month there is TripleGus – three rounds of 12-15 minutes with scent, steam and towel work, and breaks in between where you can lounge, take a dip or simply enjoy the calm. Iced water is served along the way. Access to the gus is bought on top of the ordinary ticket, and you pick up a wristband at Café Goma or the information desk so the gus master can see who is taking part. Gus is at your own risk and is not advised for pregnant guests or people with cardiovascular disease.
