Rört Copenhagen

Rört is a community for movement and meditation in Copenhagen NV, with a hot sauna seating 20, a big cold tub and a secluded wooden terrace. The gus master pours water and oils onto the wood-fired stove and guides an intense, calming hour of sweating and cooling down. The sauna can also be rented.

Sauna gus at Rört takes place in a wood-fired sauna seating 20, with a large cold plunge and a screened wooden terrace right outside for fresh air between rounds. The programme alternates between two versions: VIBRANT with high heat and steam, where you sing, breathe deeply and sweat it out, and CALM with more moderate heat. On Fridays and Saturdays the gus is led by the house's own members on their way to becoming gus masters, #byMembers. You bring your own towels, and you decide how much you wear — but arrive ten minutes early so we can start together.
