SaltogSauna combines sauna heat with cold sea dips in the Little Belt at Fredericia Marina. The sauna is a phone-free space with room for both quiet and good conversation, where the interplay between the hot sauna and the fresh sea gives an energy boost and a sense of clarity and surplus. Saunagus is held for both members and guests; members have access morning and evening and save 20% on gus, and discounted clip cards are also available.

Sauna gus at SaltogSauna takes place in the sauna at Fredericia Marina, where there are 18 places and the cold dip is taken straight in the Little Belt. The sauna is a phone-free room with space for both quiet and good conversation. The base format is three rounds with a changing theme – from the quiet gus to more modern rhythms – and alongside it run Stillegus, where guidance is kept to a minimum, and Wellness gus, where four gus rounds are tied together by scrubs, clay masks and other rituals. Now and then we walk in nature first and finish in the sauna. Arrive ten minutes early and bring water, two towels, swimwear and sandals.
