Saunaoasen Rødvig

Saunaoasen is a peaceful, down-to-earth sauna oasis in Rødvig, where Henrik and Flora run their gus sessions at the event area by Feriebyens Camping. It has a large wood-fired sauna and two ice baths, along with cosy seating, a covered snack bar, outdoor showers and a changing tent. An Is & Gus session alternates between three rounds of warm saunagus – the sauna is around 80°C – and a genuine ice bath at about 0°C, with room for up to 14 participants. Alongside the open sessions they also offer GudindeGus for women only and private, tailor-made gus experiences.

Sauna gus at Saunaoasen takes place in the event area by Feriebyens Camping in Rødvig, where Henrik and Flora have set up a large wood-fired sauna and two ice baths. The session is called Is & Gus and alternates between three rounds in the roughly 80-degree sauna and a genuine ice bath in between – and you decide how long you stay in the cold. Around the sauna there is cosy seating, a covered snack bar, outdoor showers and a changing tent. There are 14 places, so the group stays small and calm. Bring swimwear and towels.
