Schellerup Gård

Schellerup Gård is a farm with its own lake at Kollund outside Herning, where the saunagus takes place in a wood-fired sauna. A gus lasts about an hour and consists of three rounds of 10-15 minutes with a break in between for cooling down and drinking. The mixed sessions have 18 places and run at 110-120 degrees with low humidity, while the women's gus sits around 90-100 degrees with a focus on balance and presence. The cold plunge is taken in the farm's own lake when it is below 10 degrees – otherwise in two ice baths at 10 and 3 degrees.
