Sauna session in Slagelse

Slagelse has one sauna venue, and it is tucked away in a fenced garden in the middle of town.

Livsbevidst is a membership club with a sauna, an ice barrel and sauna sessions behind "Huset for krop, sind og bevægelse" on Rugvænget. The sessions themselves require no membership: one lasts about 75 minutes and consists of three rounds in the sauna of roughly 12 minutes each, with breaks where you can take a cold shower or a dip in the ice barrel. Certified sauna hosts lead them, and water, electrolytes and snacks are always available. The garden is fenced and screened, so the heat stays calm and undisturbed, and there are changing facilities on site. The minimum age for booking is 15, though the venue also holds special events and sessions for children and young people.
