Livsbevidst

Livsbevidst sauna is a membership club with a sauna, an ice barrel and saunagus in a fenced garden in the middle of Slagelse – behind "Huset for krop, sind og bevægelse" at Rugvænget 3. Saunagus does not require membership and is held several times a week by certified gus masters: a session lasts about 75 minutes and consists of three rounds in the sauna of roughly 12 minutes each, with breaks and the option of cold showers and the ice barrel in between. Water, electrolytes and snacks are always available, and the area is fenced and screened so the sauna experience stays calm and undisturbed. There are changing facilities on site, and the minimum age for booking saunagus is 15 – though the venue also holds special events and gus for children and young people.
