Sauna session in Sønderborg

Nordic Wave is the Sønderborg venue built around themes: every session has a theme of its own.

Nordic Wave on Vølundsgade is a wellness venue that unites modern science with ancient traditions, and besides the sessions it offers cold therapy and ice baths, breathing sessions, yoga and hot yoga, as well as a sauna host course. A session lasts 90 minutes and consists of three guided rounds with essential oils and music. The themes run from Klassisk Gus as the base format through Morgendis with citrus and freshness and Skovens Hvisken with green, deep woody notes to Nordisk Aften, Nordlys, Shamanens Drøm and a scrub ritual for the skin, and they follow the seasons, so December brings an advent session. Between the rounds you step out into the cool air, and if you want the full contrast you can add an ice bath.

Alsik Spa also has sauna sessions on the programme in Sønderborg. The venue has no description with us yet, so see its own page for the details.
