Spektrum Odder

Spektrum Odder is Odder's sports centre, where the swimming pool on Nølevvej has a new sauna inside the hall plus a women's sauna and a warm-water area. Sauna gus is held in dimmed light with scented candles and a relaxed mood, and the sauna host chooses the oils - eucalyptus, citrus, lavender or peppermint - and spreads the scents with different fanning techniques, often to music matched to the theme. A session typically lasts 10-15 minutes. Places can be limited, so the centre recommends arriving in good time.
