Sauna gus at Strib Svømmehal is everyday wellness in the swimming hall's sauna, where the gus master gradually pours scented oils mixed with water onto the hot stones and spreads the fragrant steam with a towel. A gus lasts 45 minutes. The programme has two versions: a women's gus in the women's sauna, and a mixed session for both women and men, also held in the women's sauna. We have three regular gus masters who take turns, so scents and mood vary from time to time. Book your ticket in advance and bring swimwear and a towel.
