Since 2012, Surf Agency has been a gathering place for outdoor wellness, saunagus, SUP and events at Aarhus harbour, overlooking the navy. They offer a guided 75-minute saunagus with three gus rounds, and facilities include three saunas, wilderness baths, cold-water tubs and hot showers plus free parking.

Sauna gus at Surf Agency takes place down by the water in Aarhus harbour overlooking the navy ships, with three saunas, wilderness baths, cold plunge tubs and hot showers. A gus lasts 75 minutes with three guided rounds of 10-12 minutes with changing scents, oils and themes, and the cold plunge is part of the experience. After the guided part the sauna is open, so you can stay and settle into the mood by the water. There is free water, juice and electrolytes along the way and three hours of free parking. The place is an outdoor community where many come back – come alone or bring someone.
