Taastrup Svømmehal

Taastrup Svømmehal sits on Parkvej and is run by the sports team of Høje-Taastrup Municipality together with Fløng Svømmehal. The hall has pools for both play and exercise, a sauna, an infrared sauna and a massage chair, and there is free parking by the building. Sauna gus at Taastrup Svømmehal is a warm experience where the gus master treats the group to aromatic scents poured over the sauna stones – together with the hot steam it becomes a wellness experience of its own. A session lasts roughly 12-20 minutes and takes place in a shared sauna for both men and women, so swimwear is required. There must be at least three participants and there is room for twelve, so book your place in advance; any free spots can be bought at the ticket desk. You also need a valid entry ticket for the pool to take part. Sessions are held both early in the morning and in the evening, and the times change during school holidays.
