Sauna session in Them

Them has one sauna venue, and it is a sports centre with a 200-square-metre wellness department.

Them Hallerne near Silkeborg holds a swimming pool, fitness, sports halls and Café MANO, and the wellness department has a sauna seating 45 people, a cold-water tub, a large whirlpool with massage jets, a relaxation area with a bio fireplace and an enclosed sun courtyard - access comes with the swimming pool ticket. The sessions are held in the large sauna, with the cold tub, the whirlpool and the sun courtyard right outside, and during public opening hours there are fixed sessions included in the admission ticket, among them Tirsdags varme, where you get two back to back. The big evening of the week is Kuraften with three sessions, a fire on the terrace, a body scrub, a face mask, salt chips and fruit, with tapas or salad available to order. The centre also holds themed evenings such as Nada & Saunagus, Back to nature with banya and a marathon of twelve rounds in a row, plus evenings where the house's trainee sauna hosts practise their exam session in front of an audience. Booking is binding, so reserve in good time, and bring swimwear and a towel.
