UNI10 SaunaGus

UNI10 is an activity centre on C.F. Tietgens Vej in Kolding with padel, a gym and saunagus. The sauna area has a sauna, an ice bath, showers and an orangery, plus good changing and bathing facilities and free parking. Saunagus runs several times a week and is open to beginners and regulars alike.

A gus lasts one hour and fifteen minutes across three rounds: 10-15 minutes in the heat, where the gus master pours water with essential oils onto the hot stones, then an ice bath or a cold shower, and then a pause to feel the effect before the next round. The sauna is mixed for men and women, and places are limited, so booking is required. You set your own pace and can skip a round. Arrive ten minutes early and bring a large towel, a water bottle, swimwear and, if you like, bathing sandals.
