The sessions are themed and range from relaxing aromas to energising oils, and they come in two lengths – half an hour or a full hour with time for more rounds. Now and then we put a longer event on the programme, such as HIGH ENERGi. We have a broad team of gus masters who take turns, so no two sessions are quite alike. You need access to the pool and spa on top of the gus ticket – and remember a towel to sit on.
