Sauna session in Vordingborg

Vordingborg has one sauna venue, in the town's water house.

DGI Huset Vordingborg holds its sessions in the venue's water house, where the sauna host of the day spreads heat and aromatic scents such as orange, lime, lavender and eucalyptus, and iced water is served before, during and after. You can choose a short 45-minute session or a longer one of an hour, depending on how much heat you are after. Alongside these the house runs a meditative session, where the pace drops and the calm is the whole point. No membership and no experience are needed to book.
