Sauna session in Gentofte municipality

The municipality of Gentofte has sauna venues in three towns, all close to the Sound. In Charlottenlund, Twin Spirit runs its sessions in the sauna on Kollegievej in Ordrup: three rounds of 12-15 minutes with guided aromatherapy, cooling under the showers or in the cold tubs, and fruit, nuts and ginger shots along the way. Also in Charlottenlund, Wellness-Saunagus sits out by the sea and works deliberately with both relaxation and challenge in heat and cold, with scrub and snacks as part of the experience. In Klampenborg, Social Sauna runs - one of the country's largest mobile saunas, with room for 20-25 people, parked on the lot south of Bellevue Beach with the Sound right next to it for a cool dip. In Hellerup, Wellcome is a fitness and spa club where the sauna sessions belong to the same membership as the gym and spa. All four run small groups, so seats are limited.
