Sauna session in Charlottenlund

Charlottenlund has two sauna venues: a training community with a sauna in Ordrup, and a venue down by the sea.

Twin Spirit is first and foremost a training community with outdoor and group training, and its sauna sits at Kollegievej 6 in Ordrup, seating 20 guests. A session lasts an hour and consists of three rounds of 15 minutes with essential oils and guided aromatherapy, and between the rounds you can cool off under the showers or in the cold plunge tubs. Fruit, nuts, ginger shots and electrolytes are served along the way, and there is a chance to make a cup of tea. Because the house is a training community, the session can be added on after a class, and after a workout you can join a shorter mini session. Bring two towels - one to sit on that also covers your feet, and one for afterwards - plus a water bottle.

Wellness-Saunagus sits by the sea and describes its own concept as a complete experience that holds both relaxation and the challenge of heat and cold, engaging all your senses. Sea dipping, a scrub, snacks and parking belong to the visit.
